Customer Success Specialist
Customer Success Specialist - remote
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in support of our customer engagements, client renewals, and to ensure we are delivering value to our clients. This is a remote position.
- Partner with clients to provide innovative engagement campaigns for client retention
- Develop content for email campaigns and outreach for marketing outreach
- Support educational program launches by developing supporting material - content, slide decks and websites (light development with tools such as Google sites, docs and slides)
- Provide a high level of customer service to Alludo clients via outbound calls and emails
- Identify opportunities to upsell services to existing clients for account team
- Outreach to existing clients for license renewals
- Constantly evaluate the client experience and make suggestions to improve client engagement/satisfaction
- Develop and maintain reporting data on client program performance
- Provide project support on a case by case basis, as needed
- 4+ years of customer service and/or inside sales experience
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Polite and professional conduct, excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with an ability to creatively solve problems quickly
- Independent, excellent time management and organizational skills
- Willing to to support other teams when needed
- Confident, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines working under pressure
- Computer and technology savvy with intermediate or higher skill levels in google apps, and google sites.
- Experience with design tools like adobe a plus.
- BS or BA in business administration, sales or marketing preferred
